Toyota MK5スープラのB58エンジンにポートインジェクションを追加するためのRadium Engineering製キットです。インジェクタープレートをインテークマニホールドとシリンダーヘッドの間に取り付けます。用途に応じて、ポートインジェクションキットまたは純正燃料ライン接続用配管キットを選択できます。

• 20-0753 — MK5スープラ用ポートインジェクションキット
  B58エンジンにポートインジェクションを追加するためのキットです。CNC加工・アルマイト仕上げの6063アルミ製アダプタープレート＆燃料レールで構成され、インジェクタープレートをインテークマニホールドとシリンダーヘッドの間に取り付けます。燃料インジェクターは付属しません。
• 20-0753-PK — MK5スープラ用燃料レール配管キット
  SAEクイックコネクトT字継手を使用し、Radium製ポートインジェクション燃料レールをスープラの純正燃料ラインへ簡単に接続するための配管キットです。プリアッセンブル済みの6AN PTFEホースを採用し、10分以内での接続を実現します。

■ 特長｜Features

• 対応エンジン：B58TU型（B58B30O1［B58B30B］／B58B30M1［B58B30C］）。初期型B58（B58B30M0）には非対応。同じB58エンジンを搭載する2018年以降のBMW Z4（G29）にも適合します。
• 純正の筒内直噴システムを置き換えるものではなく、補助的なポートインジェクションとして機能
• インジェクターをポート内スプレー角度が最適になる角度で配置
• E85を含むアルコール混合燃料にも対応
• 燃料レールを使用せず、アダプタープレート単体をスペーサーとして使用することも可能
• 専用配管キット（20-0753-PK）で純正燃料ラインへ素早く接続可能

• インジェクターOリング径：上下ともに14mm、インジェクター全長34mm（ショートボディタイプのみ対応、ロングタイプは非対応）
• 20-0753-PKには6AN PTFEホース、8AN ORB→6ANオスアダプターフィッティングが含まれます

■ ご注意｜Important Notes

• 20-0753に燃料インジェクター・配線・コントローラー・ホース類は付属しません。対応インジェクターにはInjector Dynamics製XDSシリーズ（1050cc／1300cc／1700cc／2600cc、規格「.34.14.14」）が挙げられます。
• アダプタープレートの装着によりインテークマニホールドの位置がずれるため、社外品チャージパイプが必要になります。
• ポートインジェクションキットと燃料レール配管キットは個別のバリエーションです。必要な品番をお選びください。

■ Product Overview
Radium Engineering options for adding port injection to the B58 engine in the Toyota MK5 Supra. The injector plate installs between the intake manifold and cylinder head. Select either the port injection kit or the plumbing kit for connecting the Radium fuel rail to the factory fuel line.

■ Variants

• 20-0753 — Port Injection Kit, MK5 Supra
  A kit for adding port injection to the B58 engine, featuring a CNC-machined, anodized 6063 aluminum adapter plate and fuel rail. The injector plate installs between the intake manifold and cylinder head. Fuel injectors are not included.
• 20-0753-PK — Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit, MK5 Supra
  A plumbing kit that uses an SAE quick-connect T-fitting to provide a quick and easy connection between the Radium port injection fuel rail and the Supra's factory fuel line. Features a pre-assembled 6AN PTFE hose for installation in under 10 minutes.

■ Features

• Compatible engines: B58TU (B58B30O1 [B58B30B] / B58B30M1 [B58B30C]). Not compatible with 1st-generation B58 (B58B30M0). Also fits the 2018+ BMW Z4 (G29), which shares the same B58 engine.
• Functions as a supplemental port injection system; does not replace the factory direct injection system
• Injectors are mounted at an optimized angle for in-port spray
• Compatible with alcohol-blended fuels including E85
• The adapter plate can be used as a spacer alone, without the fuel rail
• Dedicated plumbing kit (20-0753-PK) allows for a quick connection to the factory fuel line

■ Plumbing

• Fuel rail ports: 8AN ORB (3/4-16 female) threads
• Injector O-ring diameter: 14mm (upper and lower), injector body height: 34mm (short-body injectors only; taller injectors are not compatible)
• 20-0753-PK includes 6AN PTFE hose and an 8AN ORB to 6AN male adapter fitting

■ Included Items

• 20-0753: Anodized aluminum adapter plate and fuel rail, engine cover relocation adapters (x4), B58TU intake port gaskets, stainless steel fastener kit (fuel injectors not included)
• 20-0753-PK: SAE quick-connect tee assembly, pre-assembled 6AN PTFE fuel hose, 8AN ORB plug and adapter fitting

■ Important Notes

• Fuel injectors, wiring, controller, and hose are not included with 20-0753. Compatible injectors include the Injector Dynamics XDS series (1050cc / 1300cc / 1700cc / 2600cc, ".34.14.14" spec).
• Installing the adapter plate shifts the intake manifold position, which requires an aftermarket charge pipe.
• The port injection kit and fuel rail plumbing kit are separate product variants. Select the required part number before ordering.
