1. Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately. Once the item has shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Most items are shipped worldwide from Japan via FedEx. Some products are also stocked in the USA and can be delivered domestically. Please note that large items may have restrictions—contact us if you're unsure.
How long does shipping take?
- Domestic USA: Usually 3–7 business days.
- From Japan to USA: Typically 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance.
- Other International Destinations: Varies by region and customs.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on select items shipped from either the USA or Japan. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout for other items. For large or complex orders, contact us for a quote.
3. Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return and original shipping costs. Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How do I request a refund?
If the item was defective or incorrect due to our error, please email info@kurumaya-tokyo.co.jp with your order number. We will review and confirm eligibility.
4. Product & Technical Support
Are your coolants compatible with my vehicle?
Our PG55 Series coolants are compatible with a wide range of vehicles including race cars, daily drivers, and classic vehicles. Please refer to each product page for specific fitment and recommendations.
How do I install Power Steering Neo?
Installation instructions are available on the product page. Please follow them carefully. For further support, contact our team directly.
5. Dry Carbon Fiber Care
Why does dry carbon develop white cracks?
Dry carbon is sensitive to UV rays. Without proper coating, the resin degrades over time, resulting in white cracks and fading.
How can I prevent this?
- Apply a UV-resistant clear coat or ceramic coating.
- Avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight.
Is coating required for dry carbon parts?
Yes. Uncoated dry carbon will deteriorate with time. We recommend a UV-cut clear coat or ceramic coating for long-term protection.
