RadiumのAOS-R（エアオイルセパレーター・リターン）キットは、Toyota 86／GT86、Subaru BRZ（FA20型エンジン）向けに開発された大容量ブローバイガス処理システムです。ハイパワー化したエンジンで発生する過剰なブローバイオイル・ガスは通常のオイルキャッチタンクでは処理しきれないケースがあり、AOS-Rはこれに対応するために設計されています。回収したオイルを直接オイルパンへ還流させるリターン方式（AOS-R）を採用しているため、キャッチタンクのような定期的なオイル抜き取りメンテナンスが不要です。

インレット／アウトレット／リターンの各ポートは7/8"-14ネジ（10AN ORB）を採用。クーラント用ポートは7/16"-20ネジ（4AN ORB）を2箇所装備しています。SAE J30R7規格ホース、クーラントヒーターホース＆フィッティング、アルミニウム製フィッティング・ホースエンドが付属します。

The Radium AOS-R (Air Oil Separator - Return) Kit is a high-capacity blow-by gas management system developed for the Toyota 86/GT86 and Subaru BRZ (FA20 engine). Modified, higher-output engines can produce more blow-by oil and gas than a standard catch can is able to process, and the AOS-R is designed to handle this. Because it returns collected oil directly to the oil pan (return-style, AOS-R), it eliminates the periodic oil-draining maintenance required by a standard catch can.

• Bolt-on air oil separator design — no drilling required
• CNC-machined aluminum, three-piece screw-together construction
• Integrated water trap around the perimeter of the housing
• Built-in heater prevents condensation and evaporates water collected in the trap

■ Plumbing

Inlet, outlet, and return ports use 7/8"-14 threads (10AN ORB). Two coolant ports use 7/16"-20 threads (4AN ORB). SAE J30R7-rated hose, coolant heater hoses and fittings, and aluminum fittings/hose ends are included.

Note: the manufacturer's official site specifies 12-16 Scion FR-S (LHD), 12-21 Toyota GT86 (LHD), and 12-20 Subaru BRZ (LHD), and states the kit is not compatible with right-hand-drive (RHD) vehicles — RHD installation requires custom mounting using the universal AOS unit instead.
