Radium Engineering ロールオーバー＆ダイナミックセーフティベントバルブ（DSV）

■ 製品概要｜Product Overview
Radium製フューエルセルサージタンク（FCST／FCST-X）およびクイックフィルシステムに対応する、ロールオーバー保護機能付きのベントバルブです。単体ボールバルブによる転倒時の燃料流出防止から、給油量を制御するダイナミックセーフティバルブ（DSV）まで、用途に応じて選択できます。全モデル削り出し6061アルミ・タイプIIアルマイト仕上げで、分解清掃・点検も可能です。

■ バリエーション｜Variants

• ロールオーバーバルブ（20-0934）：転倒時にボールバルブが沈み込みベントを閉塞する標準タイプ。2023年8月以降のFCST-Xには標準装備。ドライブレークフィラーとは併用不可
• DSVローフィル（20-0535）：内部搭載式のクイックフィル用DSV。小型で搭載スペースが限られるフューエルセル向けに、給油量を抑えて早めにベントを閉じる仕様
• DSVハイフィル（20-0935）：フィラーが給油口から離れた位置にある大型フューエルセル向け。ベント閉塞までの給油量を多く確保
• DSVエクステンションアダプター（20-1035）：ベントバルブの取り付け位置を上げ、DSVフロートボールがエアベントを閉じるまでの充填量を増やせるアダプター（材質6061アルミ、全高103mm、外径47.6mm、両側12AN ORB、FKM Oリング）

■ ご注意｜Important Notes

• Radium製FCST（標準フィラー）、FCST-X（標準フィラー）、および12AN ORBメスベントポート＋標準フィラーを備えたサードパーティ製タンクに対応。初期型の20-014x-xxシリーズには非対応で、別途8AN ORBアダプターが必要です。
• ベントチューブは燃料充填口より高い位置を通す必要があります。DSVのシャットオフボールは最高充填ポイントより低い位置に設置してください。
• ドライブレークシステム使用時、DSV作動後にフューエルセル内圧が上昇し、ダンプ缶が「バタつく」現象が起きることがありますが、これは満タンを示す正常な作動です。

■ Product Overview
Vent valves with roll-over protection for use with Radium Fuel Cell Surge Tanks (FCST / FCST-X) and Radium quick-fill systems. Choose from a simple roll-over ball valve up to a Dynamic Safety Vent Valve (DSV) that controls fill volume for your setup. All models are machined from billet 6061 aluminum with a type-II anodized finish and can be disassembled for cleaning and inspection.

■ Variants

• Roll Over Valve (20-0934): Standard roll-over protection where the ball valve sinks to seal the vent when the vehicle inverts. Factory-installed on FCST-X models built after August 2023. Not compatible with dry break fillers.
• DSV Low Fill (20-0535): Internally mounted quick-fill DSV for smaller fuel cells with limited packaging space; shuts off venting earlier to prevent overfilling in compact configurations.
• DSV High Fill (20-0935): Quick-fill DSV for larger fuel cells or remote fillers positioned well above the cell; delays vent shutoff to allow more fill volume before the upper float ball seals the vent.
• DSV Extension Adapter (20-1035): Raises the vent valve mounting position to allow more fuel volume before the DSV float ball shuts off the air vent (6061 aluminum, 103mm installed height, 47.6mm OD, 12AN ORB both ends, FKM O-ring).

■ Important Notes

• Compatible with Radium FCST (standard filler), FCST-X (standard filler), and third-party tanks with a 12AN ORB female vent port and standard filler. Not compatible with early 20-014x-xx series tanks without an additional 8AN ORB adapter.
• Vent tubing must route to a point higher than the fuel fill point, and the DSV shutoff ball must sit lower than the highest fill point.
• When using a dry break system, fuel cell pressure builds after DSV shutoff, causing the dump can to "chug" — this is normal, intentional behavior indicating a completed fill, not a malfunction.
