GM LT4/LT5型スーパーチャージドエンジンに対応するPCVバルブ バイパス（PCV Valve Bypass、ピーシーブイ・バルブ・バイパス）です。純正のPCVバルブは、Corvette Z06/ZR1、Camaro ZL1、Cadillac CTS-V/CT5-V Blackwing、Escalade-Vなどに搭載されるこれらのエンジンのバレー部に内蔵されており、クランクケースガスをスーパーチャージャー下部ハウジングへ直接排出する構造になっています。エンジン内部に一体化された構造のため、システムを大気開放したり外部オイルキャッチタンクを接続したりすることができません。Radium Engineeringのこのバイパスパーツへ交換することで、クランクケース内の空気の流れを自由に構成できるようになります。

• 純正PCVバルブの構造的な制約を解消し、外部オイルキャッチタンクの接続や、付属プラグを用いたPCVシステムのデリートが可能になります。
• 3Dスキャニング技術を用いて設計されており、限られたエンジンベイスペースにも干渉なく収まる精密な形状。
• ポートは2AN ORB(5/16"-24)仕様。ワンタッチで着脱できるクイックディスコネクトコネクターを採用し、3/8"(6AN相当)ホースをスムーズに取り回せます。
• シール性を高めるFKM製Oリングを採用し、耐油・耐熱性に優れます。

■ 取り付け｜Mounting

純正PCVバルブと交換して装着するボルトオン設計です。取り付け時は一度しっかりと締め込んだ後、ポート角度を左側へ向けるようわずかに緩めて調整する必要があります。

■ Product Overview

This is a PCV Valve Bypass (PCVバルブ バイパス) engineered for GM LT4/LT5 supercharged engines, as found in the Corvette Z06/ZR1, Camaro ZL1, Cadillac CTS-V/CT5-V Blackwing, and Escalade-V. The OEM PCV valve is installed directly into the valley of these engines and deposits internal crankcase gasses directly into the lower housing of the supercharger. Because this architecture is integrated into the engine, there is no way to vent the system to atmosphere or connect an external oil catch can. This Radium Engineering bypass replaces the OEM PCV valve, allowing the user full freedom over how crankcase air flow is managed.

• Eliminates the structural limitation of the OEM PCV valve, enabling connection of an external oil catch can, or a complete PCV delete using the included plug.
• Designed using 3D scanning technology to fit precisely within the tight confines of the engine bay without interference.
• Features a 2AN ORB (5/16"-24) port with a quick-disconnect connector for easy assembly, routing 3/8" (6AN-equivalent) hose without obstruction.
• Sealed with FKM o-rings for excellent oil and heat resistance.

■ Mounting

Bolt-on design that replaces the OEM PCV valve directly. During installation, the bypass should be tightened, then slightly loosened to aim the port toward the left side.
