S2000 (06-09)専用に設計された、コレクタータンク（フューエルサージタンク／Fuel Surge Tank）取付キットです。06-09型のリターンレス燃料システムに対応しており、純正燃料システムとRadium Engineering製フューエルサージタンクを接続するために必要な部品が一式揃っています。あらゆる走行条件下で起こりうる燃料飢餓（フューエルスターベーション）を解消するために設計されています。

■ 特長｜Features

• 06-09型のリターンレス燃料システム専用設計。外部フューエルプレッシャーレギュレーターは不要（レギュレーターはサージタンク内蔵式・別売）。
• トランク内、左シート裏の衝突安全性に配慮した目立たないスペースへマウント。
• 純正のねじ穴を利用するボルトオン設計のため、加工・穴あけは一切不要。
• トランクスペースは100%そのまま使用可能。
• ラバーアイソレーションマウントを3点備えた、粉体塗装仕上げのアルミ製ブラケットにより振動・ノイズを低減。
• ANおよび純正規格のアダプターフィッティングを採用。
• ステンレス製ハードウェアを採用。
• マルチフューエル対応のPTFEホースにより、E85を含む高濃度アルコール燃料にも対応。

■ 配管仕様｜Plumbing

• あらかじめ長さカット・組み上げ済みの6AN PTFEホースを4本同梱。
• ホースエンドはアルマイト処理アルミ製、内部はステンレス編組による耐圧構造、外周は黒色PVCで保護。
• ビレット製フューエルフィラーバーブアダプターにより、余剰燃料をフィラーホース経由で還流。

■ 取り付け｜Mounting

• 粉体塗装仕上げのボルトオンアルミ製ブラケットを、既存の純正取付穴にそのまま固定。加工・穴あけは不要です。
• ラバーアイソレーションマウントにより振動・異音の伝達を抑制します。
• 配線ハーネスにはリレー・ヒューズを内蔵し、はんだ付け不要。配線作業は30分以内で完了します。

本キットの使用にあたっては、サージタンク内ポンプの流量に対して40〜50%程度を確保できるよう、メインタンク側の燃料ポンプのアップグレードが必要になる場合があります。フューエルサージタンク本体（FST-R等）および燃料ポンプは別売です。海外（米国）ブランド製品のため、取り付けには専門知識・工具が必要な場合があります。適合や仕様にご不安な点がございましたら、ご購入前にお問い合わせください。

This installation kit is purpose-designed for the 06-09 Honda S2000's returnless fuel system, providing everything needed to plumb a Radium Engineering fuel surge tank into the factory fuel system. It is engineered to eliminate fuel starvation under all driving conditions.

• Designed specifically for the 06-09 returnless fuel system — no external fuel pressure regulator required (regulator is integrated into the surge tank, sold separately).
• Hidden, collision-safe trunk mounting location behind the left seat.
• Bolt-on design using factory threaded bosses — no drilling or modification required.

• Powder-coated aluminum bracket with 3-point rubber isolation mounting to reduce vibration and noise.

• Four preassembled, cut-to-length 6AN PTFE hoses included.

• Billet fuel filler barb adapter routes excess fuel back through the filler hose.

■ Important Notes

An upgraded fuel pump in the main tank may be required to feed 40-50% of the surge tank pump's flow capacity for optimal performance. The fuel surge tank itself (e.g. FST-R) and the fuel pump are sold separately. As an imported US-brand product, installation may require specialized knowledge and tools.
