Radium Engineering（ラディウム）の20-1180は、BMW E46全モデル向けに設計されたドロップインタイプの燃料ポンプハンガー（フューエルポンプハンガー）です。純正左右（RH/LH）のフューエルハットアッセンブリーをまるごと置き換える構造で、シングルまたはデュアルのアフターマーケット燃料ポンプ構成に対応します。車体側の切削・加工は一切不要で、既存のタンク開口部にそのまま組み込めるボルトオン設計です。なお、燃料ポンプ本体は付属しないため、別途ご用意いただく必要があります。

• 2線式ブラシポンプ、3～4線式ブラシレスポンプのいずれにも対応（Walbro、Ti Automotive E5LM、Deatschwerks、Fuelabなど主要ブランドで動作実績あり）
• 耐回転ステンレス製ターミナルとETFE被覆のタンク内配線により、高い電気的信頼性と耐久性を確保
• ガソリン、メタノール、E85燃料に対応

■ 取り付け｜Mounting

純正フューエルハットと同一の開口部にそのまま収まるドロップイン・ボルトオン設計のため、車体の加工は不要です。シングルポンプ構成では純正配線の流用が可能ですが、アップグレードを推奨します。デュアルポンプ構成の場合は、ポンプごとに専用のリレーとヒューズが必要です。

■ Product Overview

The Radium Engineering 20-1180 is a drop-in fuel pump hanger designed for all BMW E46 models. It replaces both the RH and LH OEM fuel hat assemblies as a complete unit and supports single or dual aftermarket fuel pump configurations. No vehicle cutting or modification is required — it is a bolt-on design that fits directly into the existing tank opening. Note that the fuel pump itself is not included and must be sourced separately.

• Merged pump outlet and fuel return inlet, both 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) female threads
• SAE quick-connect barb fitting for the OEM feed line and an 8.5mm barbed adapter for the OEM return line included
• Built-in PRV (pressure relief valve) venturi jet pump creates a multi-path fuel starvation protection collector bowl using excess return fuel
• Compatible with 2-wire brushed and 3-4 wire brushless pumps (proven with Walbro, Ti Automotive E5LM, Deatschwerks, Fuelab and other major brands)
• Anti-rotation stainless steel terminals and ETFE-insulated in-tank wiring for high electrical reliability and durability
• Compatible with gasoline, methanol, and E85 fuel

■ Mounting

The drop-in, bolt-on design fits directly into the same opening as the OEM fuel hat, so no vehicle modification is required. Single pump setups can reuse the OEM wiring, though an upgrade is recommended. Dual pump setups require a dedicated relay and fuse for each pump.
