あらゆる流体の逆流を防止する汎用インラインチェックバルブです。アルマイト処理アルミボディにFKMシール、ステンレス製スプリング・プランジャーを採用し、ガソリン・エタノール・メタノール・ディーゼル・水・クーラント・オイルなど幅広い流体に対応します。単体タイプと、各種-ANアダプターフィッティングが付属するキットをラインアップしています。

■ 特長｜Features

• 20-0534：アルマイトアルミボディ、FKMシール（ボディ／プランジャー）、ステンレス製スプリング・プランジャー・ハードウェアを採用したスプリング式ピストンバルブです。標準ポートは10ANフレアオス出口／8AN ORBメス入口、全長1.72インチ（43.6mm）、大径ヘックス30mm（1-3/16インチ）です
• クラッキング圧0.3psi（常温70°F）、最大使用圧力・逆止保持圧力とも1000psi以上（常温70°F）という高い性能を確保しています
• 20-0534-06／-08／-10は、それぞれ6AN・8AN・10ANのアダプターフィッティングが付属し、各種-ANホースサイズへの組み換えが可能です
• 20-1533／20-1534は6AN ORB（9/16インチ-18）メスポートにねじ込むアダプター一体型チェックバルブで、それぞれ8.5mm／10mmホースバーブオス側を備えます（対応ホース内径9.5〜10.5mm、ヘックス19mm、全長1.4インチ／46mm、クラッキング圧・最大使用圧力は上記と同等です）
• 流れ方向はボディにレーザー刻印されており、プランジャーは空力形状で層流を妨げにくい設計です

A universal in-line check valve that permits flow in one direction only, preventing backflow across a wide range of fluids. Built with an anodized aluminum body, FKM seals, and stainless steel spring/plunger internals, it is compatible with gasoline, ethanol, methanol, diesel, water, coolant, and oil. Offered as a standalone valve or as kits with adapter fittings.

• Rated for a cracking pressure of 0.3 psi at 70°F and a maximum operating/backflow-holding pressure of 1000+ psi at 70°F
• 20-0534-06/-08/-10 kits include adapter fittings for 6AN, 8AN, or 10AN respectively, allowing the valve to be configured for various -AN hose sizes
• 20-1533/20-1534 are adapter-integrated check valves that thread into a female 6AN ORB port (9/16 inch-18) and terminate in an 8.5mm or 10mm male hose barb respectively (compatible hose ID 9.5-10.5mm, 19mm hex, 1.4 inch / 46mm overall length, same cracking/max pressure ratings as above)
• Flow direction is laser-etched on the body, and the plunger uses an aerodynamic profile to minimize disruption to laminar flow
