ロールオーバーバルブは、クランクケースブリーザーやオイルキャッチタンクのエア抜きラインに取り付ける安全弁です。垂直取り付け時は空気を双方向に通しますが、車両転倒などで90度以上傾くとバルブが自動的に閉じ、フィッティングからのオイル漏れ・火災リスクを防止します。

• ステンレス製バルブボディ＆リテーニングリング、FKM製Oリングを採用し、耐久性・耐薬品性に優れる構造
• ハウジングは6061アルミ削り出し、タイプII陽極酸化（黒アルマイト）仕上げ
• 通常姿勢（垂直）では空気を双方向に通し、90度以上傾くと自動的に閉弁してオイルの流出を防止
• 10AN ORB（7/8-14 UNF）メスポートにねじ込み装着、0.75インチ（19mm）バーブ出口を備える
• Radium製エアフィルター品番18-0042（内径0.75インチ）と組み合わせ可能

• 必ず垂直方向に取り付けてください。傾けて取り付けるとバルブが正しく作動しない場合があります。
• サイドアウトレットタイプのFluid-Lockキャッチタンクには対応しません。その場合は品番20-0050をご使用ください。

■ Product Overview
The roll over valve is a safety fitting installed on crankcase breather or oil catch can vent lines. When mounted vertically it allows air to flow in both directions, but if rotated more than 90 degrees—such as during a vehicle rollover—the valve automatically closes to prevent oil from escaping the fitting and reduce fire risk.

■ Features

• Stainless steel valve body and retaining ring with an FKM O-ring for durability and chemical resistance
• 6061 aluminum machined housing with Type-II (black) anodized finish
• Allows bi-directional airflow in the upright orientation; automatically shuts off when rotated more than 90°
• Threads into a 10AN ORB (7/8-14 UNF) female port and provides a 0.75in (19mm) barb outlet
• Compatible with Radium air filter P/N 18-0042 (0.75in ID)

■ Important Notes

• Must be installed in a vertical, upright orientation. Improper orientation may prevent the valve from functioning correctly.
• Not compatible with Fluid-Lock catch cans that have a side outlet — use P/N 20-0050 instead.
