Radium RA-シリーズフューエルセルの内部に使用される、FIA規定に準拠したリティキュレーテッド(網目状)ポリウレタンフォームです。MIL-DTL-83054C Type-IIに適合し、防爆・バッフル機能を果たします。

• 気孔密度は約15PPI(ポア・パー・インチ)
• 1ピースあたり約0.07ガロン(9oz)の燃料を排除し、燃料蒸気による爆発リスクを低減
• 燃料の攪拌(エアレーション)を抑え、ポンプへの安定した燃料供給をサポート
• 車両挙動による荷重移動(スロッシング)を抑制
• ガソリンに加え、エタノール・メタノールなど高濃度アルコール燃料でも劣化が確認されない耐久性

■ Product Overview
FIA-mandated reticulated polyurethane foam used inside Radium RA-series fuel cells. Meets MIL-DTL-83054C Type-II, serving as an explosion suppressant and baffle system.

■ Features

• Nominal pore density of approximately 15 PPI (pores per inch)
• Displaces approximately 0.07 gallons (9oz) of fuel vapor per piece, lowering explosion risk
• Minimizes fuel aeration to ensure stable pickup delivery to the pump
• Reduces weight transfer (fuel slosh) during vehicle dynamics
• Tested with high-alcohol fuels (ethanol, methanol) with no deterioration observed

• Inspect annually after racing season and replace at minimum every 3 seasons. More frequent inspection is recommended when using alcohol-based fuels.
