純正燃料タンクのバッフル不足による燃料枯渇（フューエルスタベーション）を防止するユニバーサル設計のフューエルサージタンク（FST）です。純正タンクを加工することなく燃料系をアップグレードでき、大容量の燃料供給を必要とする高性能車両に最適です。EFI車両専用、単一の燃料ポンプに対応し、E85にも対応します。

• 1.5Lのアルマイト加工・押出成形アルミ製キャニスター
• 内部フローディフレクターにより燃料の泡立ち・エアレーションを抑制
• 縦置き・横置きいずれでも搭載可能で、車内のほぼどこにでも設置できる汎用設計
• 燃料ポンプはキャニスター内部にマウント。ガソリン・エタノール・メタノールに耐性のあるチュービングを使用
• 耐回転構造のステンレス製スタッドと気密シール電気接続、ETFE被覆の耐薬品配線を採用
• アノダイズ・レーザーカットアルミ製
• 標準的なサージタンクの側面または底面に取り付け可能
• 単一の燃料ポンプに対応（ポンプ別売）、E85対応、EFI車両専用

• 全アダプターフィッティングは6AN（9/16インチ-18）オスねじ
• グリーンの6ANバルクヘッドフィッティング：ポンプアウトレットからフューエルレールへ
• ブラックの6AN ORBフィッティング×3（共通形状で相互交換可能）：リフトポンプからの燃料吸入、メインタンクへのオーバーフローリターン、レギュレーターからの燃料リターンに使用

• 衝突ゾーン、熱源、サスペンション部品付近への取り付けは避けてください。
• メインタンクへのオーバーフローリターンは必須です。リターンポートのない車両は燃料タンクの加工が必要になる場合があります。
• 車両内蔵ポンプを駆動する場合はリレーキットの使用を推奨します。

■ Product Overview
A fuel surge tank (FST) is designed to prevent fuel starvation to the engine on vehicles with inadequate fuel tank baffling. This universal design allows you to upgrade your fuel system without modifying the original tank, ideal for performance vehicles that demand a robust fuel supply. EFI applications only, compatible with a single fuel pump, and E85 compatible.

• 1.5-liter anodized, extruded aluminum canister
• Internal flow deflector prevents fuel foam and aeration
• Can be mounted vertically or horizontally, nearly anywhere in the vehicle
• Fuel pump mounts internally using gasoline, ethanol, and methanol-resistant tubing
• Anti-rotation stainless steel studs with hermetically sealed electrical connections and ETFE-insulated, chemical-resistant in-tank wiring
• Anodized and laser cut aluminum construction
• Can be mounted on the side or bottom of a standard surge tank
• Compatible with a single fuel pump only (pump sold separately), E85 compatible, EFI applications only

■ Plumbing

• All adapter fittings are 6AN (9/16-18) male
• Green 6AN bulkhead fitting: pump outlet to fuel rails
• Three black, interchangeable 6AN ORB fittings for fuel intake from the lift pump, overflow return to the main tank, and fuel return from the pressure regulator

■ Mounting

• Compatible pumps include: Walbro F90000267/F90000274/F90000285/F90000295/GSS341/GSS342, AEM 50-1000/50-1200/50-1220, Bosch BR540, Deatschwerks DW400/DW440/DW810, Protec 11928, Fuelab 49614, and Ti Automotive E5LM (pump sold separately; compatible models are subject to change)
• Stainless steel clamps fit pumps with a 39-45mm diameter
• Plug-and-play pump wiring with sock filters included

■ Important Notes

• Avoid mounting near collision zones, heat sources, or suspension components.
• Overflow to the main tank is mandatory; vehicles without a return port may require tank modification.
• A relay kit is recommended when running the internal fuel pump.
