Radium Engineering(ラディウム)のエアオイルセパレーター（AOS-R）キットは、2002-2021年の後期型Subaruプラットフォームに対応するオイルキャッチ機構です。過給・チューニングにより増加したブローバイガス中のオイルミストを効率的に分離し、分離したオイルをオイルパンへ自動的に還流させる循環設計を採用。従来のキャッチタンクのように定期的な排出作業が不要です。取り付けに必要な部品一式が同梱されたキットで、AOS本体は分解・清掃が可能なフルサービス設計となっています。

■ 取り付け｜Mounting

Subaru車両専用マウントブラケットによりエンジンルーム内に固定します。ケーブルスロットル方式の2002-2005年式車両ではクルーズコントロールリロケーションブラケットが別途必要です。氷点下環境で使用する場合はホースへの断熱スリーブ装着を推奨します。

■ Product Overview

The Radium Engineering (ラディウム) Air Oil Separator (AOS-R) Kit is an oil catch system for late-model 2002-2021 Subaru platforms. It efficiently separates oil mist from the increased blow-by gases typical of modified/boosted engines and returns the separated oil directly back into the oil pan through a closed-loop design, eliminating the periodic draining required by conventional catch cans. The kit includes every part needed for installation, and the AOS body itself is fully serviceable (can be disassembled for cleaning).

• Separates oil mist from blow-by gases and automatically returns it to the oil pan in a maintenance-free closed-loop design
• Built-in heater prevents water condensation; integrated water trap surrounds the can
• Cleaner inlet air improves combustion efficiency and increases engine performance

• Coolant ports: 7/16"-20 threaded for 4AN ORB fittings (qty 2)

■ Mounting

Mounts in the engine bay using a Subaru-specific mounting bracket. Cable-throttle 2002-2005 model year vehicles require a separate Cruise Control Relocation Bracket. Insulation sleeving on the hoses is recommended for use in freezing environments.
