Radium Engineering(ラディウム)製エアオイルセパレーター（AOS-R）キットは、2015-2021年式Subaru WRXおよび2014-2018年式Forester XT(左ハンドル車)専用に設計されたオイルキャッチ機構です。過給・チューニングにより増加したブローバイガス中のオイルミストを分離し、分離したオイルをオイルパンへ自動的に還流させることで、定期的な排出作業が不要なメンテナンスフリー運用を実現します。CNCマシニングによるOリングシール構造を採用し、AOS本体は完全分解しての清掃が可能です。

■ 取り付け｜Mounting

専用ブラケットにより、ブレーキマスターシリンダー付近のエンジンルーム左側に固定します。アウトレットはターボインレット側へ配管し、純正PCVバルブは専用の削り出しアダプターに置き換え、分離されたオイルはエンジンブロックへドレンする設計です。氷点下環境で使用する場合はホースへの断熱スリーブ装着を推奨します。

■ Product Overview

The Radium Engineering (ラディウム) Air Oil Separator (AOS-R) Kit is purpose-built for 2015-2021 Subaru WRX and 2014-2018 Forester XT (left-hand drive) applications. It separates oil mist from the increased blow-by gases typical of modified/boosted engines and automatically returns the separated oil back into the oil pan, giving you maintenance-free operation with no periodic draining. CNC-machined, O-ring-sealed sections allow the AOS body to be fully disassembled for cleaning.

• Built-in heater prevents water condensation; integrated water trap at the base of the can prevents water from entering the oil pan

■ Mounting

Mounts on the left side of the engine bay near the brake master cylinder using the included bracket. The outlet plumbs to the turbo inlet, the factory PCV valve is replaced with a dedicated machined adapter, and separated oil drains back to the engine block. Insulation sleeving on the hoses is recommended for use in freezing environments.
