Mazda 13B-REWロータリーエンジンのロワーインテークマニホールドにあるACV（エアコントロールバルブ）ポートを塞ぐ、Radium Engineering製のブロックオフプレートです。ACVを取り外してエンジンベイをすっきりとまとめたい場合や、セカンダリー用トップフィードデリバリーパイプ（品番20-0447）を装着する際に必要となります。

The Radium Engineering ACV block-off plate seals off the ACV (air control valve) port on the lower intake manifold of the Mazda 13B-REW rotary engine. It is used when removing the ACV to clean up the engine bay, and is required when installing the secondary top-feed fuel rail (part number 20-0447).
