• NPTはテーパーネジのため、取り付け時にはネジ部へPTFEペーストまたはシールテープを少量塗布し、手締め後にさらに1.5〜3回転程度増し締めして密閉性を確保してください。

A lineup of adapter fittings converting between AN, metric, barb and other standards to NPT (National Pipe Thread). NPT is a tapered thread standard that seals via metal-to-metal interference, commonly used for fuel pressure sensors and various plumbing conversions.

■ Important Notes

• NPT threads are tapered — apply a small amount of PTFE paste or tape to the threads, tighten finger-tight, then add another 1.5 to 3 turns until secure to ensure a proper seal.
